I received the product, although customs identified damage to the packaging (tear) when opening the material, it was very well packaged and did not visually damage the product. I called and tested it yesterday and it works normally and I really liked the product. I thought the wind could be a little stronger, but I believe there must be a reason for not exceeding 48km/hr. Only when I pedal more intensely will I realize whether or not I really need to have more power.
