Mounting Screws/bolts and cleat bolts included?

This seems to be an equivalent adaption cleat pedal format to the Shimano-SM-SH41-Cleat-Adapters-ESMSH41, do the pair of cleat mounts also come with the 3 fastening bolts and then the 2 cleat fastening bolts. Hence 1 shoe needs 5 bolts to convert the race style shoe to the MTB shoe format 10bolts in total? I know that seems kind of confusing however at the moment I have the racing shoes with the cleats that only have 1 bolt each. I need the mounting-cleat-adapter with another 4 bolts for each shoe. You only need 3 screws per shoe. 6 screws in total, and all the screws are included.

NO. This product does not work that way. Welgo RC8 combines an SPD SL shoe (3 holes) with an SPD pedal. Just this configuration.
