There is a 2015 version and a 2016 version. The difference between them is clearly visible when the display is on. Yamaha has no other variants. So if you definitely have a Yamaha 2016 display, it will also work on your bike.

How do I alter ,,the time on my older computer

see www.batavus.de/downloads/dokumente-zum-rad/ it roughly means triple key combination. ON-OFF with S with ARROW-UP-DOWN. The first two and the latter activate the option like the "on" and "off" switches for scrolling in minutes and seconds. If you don´t look at the display when it is flashing, you cannot adjust it with the latter. The flashing signals that now is the moment to set the minutes or seconds.

You do that via the button unit that is mounted on the handlebars. Press the S button, hold it, and press the power on button simultaneously. Now you are in time setup mode. Use up down to change hours digits and S to confirm and move to minutes. Again push up or down to change and confirm with S. Or turn off, it will keep the time you set.

You are using the wrong display. Error code 15 in an LDC 2016 display indicates that the system you have (bike) is made for an older LDC display (2015).
