I am 175 cm tall and weigh 88 kg, as suggested by others, I took a smaller size than the one I use in other garments (size M), already having a fleece from the same brand in size L and appearing a little large. This one, in size M, fits perfectly but is slightly tight if I wear a slightly heavy sweater underneath. I believe that size L would have been too big for me anyway. The jacket does its job and does it very well. With temperatures not yet below zero, it feels very, almost too warm at the moment with the fleece on.
