The Kilpi HURRICANE-M men´s membrane jacket provides great protection against harsh weather, the cold, wind or rain.
Its construction and workmanship make it particularly suitable for outdoor and sporting activities.
The biggest plus is the reliable and ultra-lightweight SIBERIUM membrane material with breathability parameters up to 30,000g/24h/m2 with fully sealed seams and reflective elements for better visibility in the dark.
The total weight of the jacket is only 220g.
The large hood with reinforced visor, which can be fitted over a helmet, has a practical elasticised drawstring.
Two pockets are hidden under waterproof zippers.
The sleeve hems and hem are finished with elasticised drawstrings.
There is a handy pouch and key ring inside the pocket.
The looser cut does not restrict you during sports and movement.

Used this jacket for running and backpacking, Very impressed with the hood, all round ventilation and water resistance Used it in 5 hours of rain without issue, yet to experience using it in storm conditions and for hour long runs without condensation issues Two points as its more a running jacket its fitted shape I struggle to wear more than 2 layers under it when hiking - so definitely a 3 season the thin high vis strips along the sleeves became detached - when I contacted KILPI they very quickly responded & informed me that this did not effect the performance of the jacket so I have removed them rather than return the jacket Overall for the weight price and performance this makes an excellent buy

Good reception of the product within one day as expected, the jacket seems to be suitable, the size XL corresponds, it is indeed very light, the duration and effectiveness in bad weather remains to be seen, my previous one Vaude lasted me 10 years before that the coating does not degrade.
