I was allowed to borrow walking sticks for my walk to Santiago. What a difference from walking without poles. No fat fingers, more balance, shoulders and back more loose by walking in balance, ... Great. Why this one? Light, strong, good height and balance, and very easy to fold into a small package. Retractable has more 'hooks' than 'foldable'. That's why I love this one.
