Made of 100% high quality and durable polyamide, the Alpine Dry 9.5mm is treated with Mammut’s UIAA Dry coating. This treatment repels humidity and guarantees a maximum moisture absorption of only 1.5% of the rope´s total weight, maintaining the rope´s lightweight usability in snowy and wet environments. Said coating also increases abrasion resistance, making this rope useful in arid, rocky terrains.

Although the Alpine Dry 9.5mm can be used in single rope applications, we recommend using it in double rope applications as it is specifically designed for this purpose.
