R EVOlution Goretex is a G-Star men´s hiking boot with a medium shaft. The model is made on the outside with leather fabric that promotes its durability when you start your adventures. Among the important features that you will find in this model is the inclusion of a waterproof layer that wicks away moisture to keep your feet dry.
Your feet will be comfortable. Its construction is Sock Fit that wraps your foot simulating a stocking, also the combination between the elastic tongue and its inflection point allows the foot to move with you. To promote the reduction of impacts, this G-Star footwear includes a Cm midsole that additionally boosts the return of energy, after each stride.
On the inside, this hiking boot has a rubber sole with Vibram technology that promotes stable stance, preventing you from skidding. The closure is the traditional one with laces distributed from the instep to the ankle to improve the support of the foot.
A modern hybrid that combines a rugged backpacking boot with a nimble trail shoe, the R-Evolution GTX features the durable protection of suede leather and GORE-TEX®®, with a lightweight Sock-Fit construction that can handle nearly any trail outing.

SOCK-FITXT:

I work on my feet all day, every day and expect to get 2 + years from my boots, consequently I need something comfortable and hard wearing straight out of the box.The uppers have always worn well, I replace them when the soles wear out. This purchase is my sixth pair of these boots which is as good a recomendation as you are likely to get.

Great boot loads of support. The first speed lace loop holds the laces in place allowing you to have the top ones looser if you want. Haven’t done long walk yet but so far these seem really good and look forward to putting them through there paces.

Great Boot. Really comfortable from the word go. Will need very little breaking in. I have funny shaped feet so often difficult to find a boot that fits this well. These have replaced the last pair of Scarpas I bought which have take 15 years to wear out and were supremely comfortable. My first purchase from Trekkinn and the service has been superb. Well done!
