AKAMI Orion XTF Surfcasting Reel

Unleash your full potential on the shore with the AKAMI Orion XTF, an exclusive novelty in the world of competition surfcasting reels. Meticulously engineered for the discerning angler who demands precision, power, and unparalleled casting distance, the Orion XTF represents the pinnacle of surfcasting technology. This reel is not just a tool; it is a high-performance instrument designed to give you a competitive edge and elevate your fishing experience to new heights.

Designed for the dedicated angler, the Orion XTF features an ultra-light body manufactured from a premium blend of zinc alloy and carbon. This advanced hybrid construction significantly reduces overall weight, minimizing fatigue during long sessions on the beach while maintaining the structural rigidity and strength required to handle the toughest conditions and most powerful fish.

Achieve truly phenomenal casting distances with minimal effort. The Orion XTF is engineered with a Slow Oscillation System, a sophisticated slow swing mechanism that lays the line in perfect parallel winding on the spool. This flawless line management is crucial as it drastically reduces friction as the line leaves the spool, resulting in longer, smoother, and more accurate casts. Further enhancing this is a new, intelligent anti-tangle system integrated into the rotor, which prevents frustrating wind knots and line wraps, ensuring your focus remains on the water.

Experience a new level of smooth, unwavering operation thanks to the innovative CARBON COMPUTER BALANCE ROTOR. This precisely balanced system in the central rotor of the shaft is a game-changer, as it completely eliminates disruptive vibrations during retrieval. The result is a seamless and stable feel, providing a direct connection to your lure and an immediate response to the slightest bite. This smooth performance is supported by 8 sealed Japan Ball Bearings, ensuring silky, friction-free operation cast after cast.

When you hook into the fish of a lifetime, the Orion XTF provides the stopping power you need. It is equipped with a fast power micro-drag with a new multi-disc carbon brake system, delivering an impressive 20 kg of finely adjustable braking force. This gives you the confidence and ultimate control to manage powerful runs and successfully land big fish from the surf. Paired with a fast collection system that retrieves an incredible 105cm of line per turn of the handle, you can quickly gain on a fish or bring your rig back to the shore with speed and efficiency.

Every detail is designed for performance and comfort. The friction-screw aluminum crank is both lightweight and robust, finished with an ergonomic knob that houses an extra bearing for an exceptionally smooth and comfortable grip. The reel is supplied with one anodized aluminum coil and two additional graphite spools, providing exceptional versatility and making it ideal to reach long distances with minimal effort in any situation.

To protect your investment and keep you prepared, the AKAMI Orion XTF includes a durable reel bag holder and an extra line guide. Step up your game with the reel built for champions
