Baltic Epiq 165 harness automatic life jacket

BALTIC Epiq 165 Harness Automatic Life Jacket

Elevate your on-water safety without compromising on comfort or mobility with the BALTIC Epiq 165 Harness Automatic Life Jacket. This state-of-the-art life vest is a flagship product, marking the debut of Baltic´s innovative E.I. (Epiq Inflatable) range. The Epiq series is available in three distinct variants to suit your specific needs: the Epiq 165 Auto, the Epiq 165 Auto Harness, and the advanced Epiq 165 Auto Harness with a Hammar hydrostatic inflator. Each model in this range masterfully combines a sporty, ergonomic design with superior comfort and performance.

Designed for the discerning adult boater, the Epiq 165 is remarkably lightweight, allowing for all-day wear without fatigue or restriction of movement. The back is lined with a soft, breathable mesh material that enhances ventilation and prevents chafing, ensuring you stay comfortable even during long journeys or in warm conditions. This harness version is engineered for maximum security, featuring a fully integrated deck safety harness with a robust, woven attachment loop for a safety line. This is an essential feature for offshore sailing and navigating in challenging sea states, providing a secure connection to your vessel.

A leader not only in safety but also in sustainability, the Epiq 165 is constructed from 100% recycled synthetic materials wherever safety standards permit, allowing you to protect yourself and the oceans you love. The durable outer cover protects the inflation mechanism while offering a sleek, modern aesthetic. For total peace of mind, a clear inspection window allows for quick and easy visual confirmation that the automatic inflation system is armed and ready for deployment. In the event of immersion in water, the automatic inflator will activate, rapidly inflating the bladder to provide 165 Newtons of buoyancy, turning the wearer to a safe, face-up position. A manual inflation toggle and an oral inflation tube are also included as backups.

The BALTIC Epiq 165 is equipped with all the essential safety features, including a detachable crotch strap that ensures the life jacket remains correctly positioned on the body during inflation. It also includes a marine-grade whistle to attract attention and is prepared for the fitting of an AIS or PLB. Trust in Baltic´s legacy of innovation and commitment to safety to keep you secure on every voyage.
