Everactive NC450B batteries charger

Everactive NC450B Professional Intelligent Battery Charger

Unlock the full potential of your rechargeable batteries with the Everactive NC450B Professional Charger. Designed for demanding users who seek precision, reliability, and ultimate control, this intelligent charger is more than just a power source—it´s a comprehensive battery care and analysis system. Move beyond basic charging and experience a new level of performance and longevity for all your AA and AAA Ni-MH and Ni-CD cells. The NC450B is the perfect solution for photographers, hobbyists, audio professionals, and any household looking to maximize their investment in rechargeable power.

Experience Unmatched Control and Versatility

The Everactive NC450B stands out with its four fully independent charging channels. This allows you to charge, discharge, or test up to four batteries simultaneously, even if they are of different sizes (AA/AAA), capacities, or charge levels. Each slot operates individually, ensuring that every single battery receives a perfectly tailored treatment for optimal health and performance.

A large, backlit LCD display provides a wealth of real-time information at a glance. For each channel, you can instantly monitor the charging current, battery voltage, elapsed time, and the accumulated capacity (mAh). This detailed feedback loop empowers you to understand the true condition of your batteries and make informed decisions about their usage and replacement.

Advanced Functions for Total Battery Management

This device goes far beyond simple charging with its multiple operational modes:

* CHARGE: The default mode for everyday charging. You can manually select the charging current (250, 500, 750, 1000 mA) to prioritize either speed or gentle charging for extended battery lifespan.
* REFRESH: A powerful revitalization program designed to restore the maximum capacity of older or long-unused batteries. The charger will automatically perform several discharge and charge cycles until optimal performance is achieved.
* TEST: A precise function to measure the actual, real-world capacity of a battery. The charger will fully charge the cell, discharge it while measuring the capacity, and then fully recharge it again, displaying the measured capacity at the end.

Intelligent and Safe Operation

Engineered with user safety and battery protection as a top priority, the Everactive NC450B incorporates a suite of advanced safety features. A microprocessor controls every aspect of the charging process, protecting against overheating, overcharging, and short circuits. It also features reverse polarity detection, preventing damage to both the charger and the battery if a cell is inserted incorrectly. Additionally, the charger is designed to identify and reject damaged or non-rechargeable alkaline batteries, ensuring a safe operating environment. As an added convenience, an integrated USB output port allows you to use the charger as a power source for your smartphone, tablet, or other USB-powered devices.
