MAPSO Spark Spoon 7g 65mm - Master the Current

Master the current and entice even the most cautious predators with the MAPSO Spark Spoon 7g. This meticulously engineered lure is your ultimate weapon for fishing in challenging, fast-moving water conditions where other spoons fail to perform. Designed for anglers who demand precision and reliability, the Spark delivers an unparalleled action that cuts through the strongest flows to reach wary fish holding in deep pockets and swift runs. Its unique profile and balanced weight make it an essential addition to any serious river or stream angler´s tackle box, providing the confidence needed to effectively target fish in environments that are often left untouched.

The heart of the Spark´s incredible performance is its purpose-built design, crafted specifically for the rigors of turbulent water.

Designed specially for fishing in fast-running water.

Elongated olive-shaped vane with an angle of rotation of 30º.

The elongated vane design and the weight of the SPARK mean that it maintains constant rotation in strong currents.

Small variations arise due to line speed.

The Spark has a wide speed range, which makes for good performance in counter-current fishing.

Recommended for strong currents in swift-flowing and deep water.

Good results with predators that do not usually react to bait.

This consistent, tight rotation at a 30-degree angle generates a powerful hydrodynamic pulse and a vibrant flash that fish find impossible to ignore. Unlike wider spoons that can be pushed out of the strike zone or fail to spin correctly in heavy water, the Spark’s slender, weighted body ensures it stays deep and maintains its seductive action throughout the retrieve. This stability grants you a remarkably versatile lure. You can burn it quickly just below the surface or slow-roll it along the bottom, adapting your presentation instantly to the changing moods of the fish and the complex dynamics of the river. This makes it exceptionally effective for counter-current techniques, allowing you to present the lure naturally as it moves downstream or swings across the current. Its ability to provoke aggressive reaction strikes from predators like trout, salmon, perch, and chub, which often ignore passive baits in these conditions, makes the MAPSO Spark a true game-changer.
