MARCO UP12 12V Self-Priming Gear Pump | Robust Liquid Transfer for Marine Use

Experience unparalleled reliability and efficiency for all your onboard fluid transfer needs with the MARCO UP12 12V Self-Priming Gear Pump. Engineered specifically for the demanding marine environment, this high-performance pump is the ultimate solution for transferring a variety of liquids, including diesel, oil, and antifreeze. Whether you are performing routine maintenance, refueling, or managing bilge water, the UP12 provides the power and durability you need to get the job done quickly and safely, making it an essential piece of equipment for any boat owner or marine professional.

Built to withstand the harsh conditions of marine life, the MARCO UP12 pump boasts a construction that prioritizes longevity and performance. The core of the unit is a heavy-duty brass body, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion from saltwater and harsh chemicals. At its heart, the pump utilizes helical bronze gears, a design choice celebrated for its incredible durability and consistent, quiet operation. These robust gears ensure a steady, non-pulsating flow and are capable of handling various viscosities without degradation. The design is completed with a high-grade stainless steel shaft and a dependable rubber lip seal, working in unison to prevent leaks and ensure a long, trouble-free service life.

One of the most significant advantages of the UP12 is its powerful self-priming capability. This feature allows the pump to automatically draw liquid from a source up to 1.5 meters below, eliminating the need for manual priming and making it incredibly convenient to use in tight or hard-to-reach spaces. With a remarkable flow velocity of 36 liters per minute, you can transfer large volumes of fluid in a fraction of the time, saving you valuable time at the dock or during critical maintenance tasks. The pump operates on a standard 12V DC system, allowing for seamless integration into your boat´s existing electrical setup. Furthermore, it generates a potent pressure of 2.5 bar, ensuring a strong and consistent flow even over longer distances or when pumping to a higher elevation.

For added protection and peace of mind, the MARCO UP12 comes complete with an in-line filter. This crucial component safeguards the pump´s internal mechanics by trapping debris and contaminants before they can cause damage, ensuring the longevity of the bronze gears and the purity of the liquid being transferred. Installation is made simple with standard 1/2" BSP screw threads and 16 mm port connections, allowing for a straightforward and secure fit with common marine hosing and fittings. Choose the MARCO UP12 12V Gear Pump for a powerful, durable, and versatile fluid management solution that you can depend on season after season.
