MIKADO Earthworm Ready Float: The Ultimate Underwater Float for Catfish Angling

Elevate your bottom fishing strategy and present your bait perfectly with the MIKADO Earthworm Ready float, a revolutionary piece of fishing equipment designed for the serious predator angler. Engineered specifically for targeting large, powerful species like catfish, this sub-float is the key to keeping your bait suspended attractively in the prime strike zone, just off the bottom and away from snags or unwanted bottom-dwellers. It’s the secret weapon you need to turn a slow day into a successful one.

The standout feature of this float is its game-changing versatility. MIKADO has integrated a unique system that makes adapting to changing conditions on the water faster and more efficient than ever before. As the manufacturer states, this is an “‘Easy change’ underwater float - easy float swap without dismantling the rig.” This innovative design means you can switch float sizes or colours in seconds to adjust for different currents, bait weights, or depths, all without the time-consuming and frustrating process of cutting and re-tying your entire catfish rig. This allows you to spend more time with your bait in the water and less time fumbling with your tackle.

Durability and performance are at the core of the Earthworm Ready float’s design. “Catfish floats are made of polyurethane foam hardened under pressure. Modern technology guarantees incredible durability and buoyancy.” This advanced construction results in a float that is virtually indestructible. It can withstand the crushing power of a giant catfish´s jaws, collisions with rocks and submerged timber, and the general abuse of heavy-duty angling. Furthermore, this high-density material provides exceptional, consistent buoyancy that will not diminish over time. It reliably lifts even large baits, such as a tempting bundle of earthworms or a substantial piece of cut bait, ensuring a natural and irresistible presentation that cruising predators simply cannot ignore.

The MIKADO Earthworm Ready float is more than just a component; it´s a complete system for superior bait presentation. By lifting your offering off the riverbed or lake floor, it ensures your bait is highly visible and moves naturally with the current, triggering the predatory instincts of your target species. Perfect for use in a variety of bottom fishing and drifting applications, this float is an essential addition to the tackle box of any angler dedicated to pursuing monster catfish and other large, bottom-feeding predators.
