MIKADO Hypnotic Spoon 2.7g | The Ultimate Ultralight Predator Lure

Unlock the secret to enticing the most cautious freshwater predators with the MIKADO Hypnotic Spoon in the precision 2.7g weight. Expertly engineered for the ultralight and light spinning enthusiast, this lure is your definitive advantage when targeting species like trout, perch, and chub. Its classic, time-tested design has been refined to deliver a performance that turns hesitant followers into aggressive strikes, making every cast count. The Hypnotic Spoon is more than just a piece of tackle; it´s a finely-tuned instrument designed to outsmart fish and elevate your angling success.

The true magic of the Hypnotic Spoon lies in its mesmerizing action. On a steady retrieve, it produces a consistent, side-to-side wobble that perfectly mimics the movement of a fleeing or disoriented baitfish. This rhythmic flashing and vibration send out powerful signals through the water, alerting predators from a distance and drawing them in for a closer look. Vary your retrieve with a stop-and-go technique, and the spoon will flutter erratically on the fall, imitating a wounded creature and triggering an undeniable predatory instinct. This versatility allows you to adapt your presentation to the mood of the fish and the conditions of the water, whether you are casting across a gentle stream, drifting in a clear lake, or working the current edges of a river.

As part of a legendary lineup, the Hypnotic is a line of never-failing spinners made of top-quality components. A wide array of colours and sizes allows them to be used for all sorts of freshwater predators. The red tassel at the treble hook additionally increases the attractiveness of that lure. This small but critical feature acts as a pulsating strike point, drawing the fish´s focus directly to the ultra-sharp treble hook for a higher hook-up ratio. It provides a final, irresistible pulse of life and color that can be the deciding factor in converting a curious glance into a committed bite.

Designed for finesse and precision, the 2.7g weight is ideal for ultralight setups, enabling long, accurate casts even with such a light lure. It’s perfectly balanced to perform flawlessly in shallow waters, over weed beds, and in small pockets where larger lures are simply ineffective. Equip yourself with the MIKADO Hypnotic Spoon and discover the confidence that comes from using a lure built on a foundation of quality, performance, and an unmatched ability to hypnotize fish.
