Nash Pinpoint Point Protection Grease

NASH PINPOINT Point Protection Grease

Preserve the Ultimate Edge: The Essential Final Step in Hook Sharpening

For the dedicated angler who invests time and effort into achieving a surgically sharp hook point, there is nothing more frustrating than seeing that hard work undone by nature. The NASH PINPOINT Point Protection Grease is the definitive solution, an indispensable tool designed to safeguard your perfectly honed hooks from the moment they are sharpened until the critical point of a take. Stop leaving sharpness to chance and ensure every hook is as effective as the moment you finished sharpening it.

This advanced grease is the final, crucial stage in the renowned Pinpoint precision sharpening process. An invaluable addition to help preserve needle sharp points, Point Protection Grease prevents degradation of sharpened hooks through oxidation in the atmosphere before use. By creating a thin, stable, and completely inert physical barrier, it seals the exposed, freshly sharpened metal from moisture and oxygen, the two culprits responsible for the rust and corrosion that can dull a point in minutes. This ensures that the razor-sharp edge you painstakingly created with your files and stones remains in pristine condition, ready for instant and superior penetration.

Fish-Safe Formulation for Maximum Confidence

Understanding that any foreign substance near your rig can be a cause for concern, the NASH PINPOINT Point Protection Grease has been meticulously developed to be completely angler and fish-friendly. It is entirely odour and taste free and without chemical additives, meaning it will not taint your hookbait or release any unnatural scents into the water that could spook wary carp or other specimen fish. You can apply it with total confidence, knowing that your rig presentation remains as subtle and effective as intended. Each pot is remarkably efficient, providing enough grease to treat up to 200 hooks, offering exceptional value and a long-lasting supply for multiple seasons.

Seamless Integration with Your Sharpening Kit

As a core component of the NASH PINPOINT range, this grease is designed to be the finishing touch to your sharpening routine. After using the Pinpoint Vice, files, and sharpening stones to achieve the perfect point, a simple, light application of the Point Protection Grease locks in that sharpness. It’s the professional finish that separates good hook points from truly exceptional ones. Don´t let your efforts in sharpening go to waste. Protect your investment in time and tools by preserving the fruits of your labour.
