PLASTIMO CO2 Cartridge 60g | Replacement Cylinder for Inflatable Lifejackets

Ensure your marine safety equipment is always in prime condition and ready for deployment with the genuine PLASTIMO CO2 Cartridge 60g. This essential component is the heart of your inflatable life-saving device, designed to provide rapid and reliable inflation when you need it most. As a crucial part of your boat´s accessories and parts inventory, this replacement cartridge allows you to service and re-arm your safety gear with confidence, ensuring uncompromising safety for yourself, your crew, and your family on the water.

This high-quality CO² gas cylinder is engineered specifically for use with high-buoyancy inflatable lifejackets and the IOR Dan buoy. It is the perfect solution used to replace an empty or damaged CO2 gas cylinder with the same capacity, whether after an inflation, during a routine service, or to replace a unit that shows signs of corrosion or has passed its expiry date. Keeping spare cartridges on board is a fundamental practice for any diligent skipper, especially during extended cruises or offshore passages, ensuring you can immediately re-arm a lifejacket and get it back into service.

Restore and Maintain Peak Safety Performance

The primary benefit of the PLASTIMO 60g CO2 Cartridge is the restoration of your life-saving equipment to its original, certified standard. After a deployment, your inflatable lifejacket is rendered useless until it is properly re-armed. This genuine replacement cylinder guarantees that the correct volume and pressure of gas are discharged, providing the specified buoyancy rating your lifejacket is designed for. Don´t compromise with non-certified parts; trust in PLASTIMO´s engineering to keep your safety gear fully operational.

Engineered for Perfect Compatibility

This 60g cartridge is precision-made to be fully compatible with specific high-performance inflation systems. It is designed for use with lifejackets equipped with UML (United Moulders) and Hammar A1 inflator mechanisms, two of the most trusted names in marine safety technology. This precise compatibility ensures a perfect fit, secure threading, and flawless activation, eliminating the risk of malfunction associated with ill-fitting or generic replacement parts. Always check your lifejacket´s manual and inflator model to confirm that this is the correct replacement part for your specific device.
