Plastimo Lifejacket Re-arming Cartridge: Ensure Your Safety and Readiness at Sea

Restore complete confidence in your essential safety equipment with the genuine Plastimo Lifejacket Re-arming Cartridge, a critical component for every responsible boater. An inflatable lifejacket is one of the most important pieces of gear on any vessel, but its life-saving capability is entirely dependent on its readiness. After a deployment, whether during a real emergency, an accidental inflation, or a training exercise, your lifejacket must be properly and reliably re-armed to be effective again. This replacement cartridge is the official, manufacturer-approved solution to bring your Plastimo inflatable lifejacket back to full operational status, ensuring it performs exactly as designed when you need it most.

Engineered with precision for absolute dependability, this re-arming component is the heart of your lifejacket´s inflation system. It is designed to provide the instant, powerful action required to fully activate the lifejacket’s buoyancy chamber in a fraction of a second. Using a genuine Plastimo cartridge guarantees perfect compatibility with your specific lifejacket´s firing mechanism, eliminating any risk of malfunction associated with non-certified parts. This ensures that the intricate balance and performance of your safety device are maintained, preserving its original certification and your peace of mind. Investing in the correct re-arming system is a non-negotiable step in responsible boat maintenance and personal safety preparedness.

Plastimo offers a comprehensive range of re-arming cartridges tailored to fit the diverse selection of their inflatable lifejackets. It is crucial to select the cartridge that precisely matches your lifejacket’s model and activation system, whether it is a Hammar hydrostatic system, a Pro-Sensor elite mechanism, or a standard UML (United Moulders) inflator. Each system has unique characteristics, and this cartridge is built to integrate seamlessly with the intended mechanism. Furthermore, the cartridges are available in various capacities to correspond with the specific Newton buoyancy rating of your lifejacket, from 100N coastal models to 275N offshore versions. This ensures the correct volume and rate of inflation for optimal performance and safety.

The design emphasizes user-friendliness and clear status indication. Many kits come complete with all necessary single-use parts, including the essential visual indicators or locking clips that provide an immediate, at-a-glance confirmation that your lifejacket is correctly armed and ready for use. A green indicator confirms the system is active, while a red indicator clearly signals that the jacket has been deployed and requires re-arming. This simple yet vital feature allows for quick and easy pre-departure safety checks for the entire crew. Don´t compromise your safety at sea. Always carry at least one spare, genuine Plastimo re-arming cartridge on board for every inflatable lifejacket, ensuring you can immediately restore your primary safety device after any inflation and continue your journey with unwavering confidence
