PLASTIMO Re-arming Set for Inflatable Lifejackets

Ensure your personal safety on the water is never compromised with the genuine PLASTIMO Re-arming Set, an essential component for every responsible boater. Designed specifically for PLASTIMO´s range of inflatable lifejackets, this kit restores your life-saving device to a fully operational and certified-ready status after deployment or during routine annual servicing. Trusting your life to your equipment is paramount, and using an official PLASTIMO re-arming set guarantees that your lifejacket will perform exactly as intended when you need it most. Investing in a proper re-arming set is a cost-effective and vital measure, extending the life of your valuable safety equipment and providing unparalleled peace of mind for you, your family, and your crew.

These essential safety sets are meticulously prepared to match the specific mechanics of your lifejacket´s inflation system. After an inflation—whether triggered manually, automatically by water immersion, or hydrostatically by pressure—your lifejacket requires a new set of components to be ready for its next use. The PLASTIMO Re-arming Set provides all the necessary elements to correctly and safely repack and recommission your vest. Using original manufacturer parts ensures perfect compatibility, reliability, and maintains the lifejacket’s original certification standards. Don´t take a chance with third-party components; secure your safety with the precision-engineered solution from PLASTIMO.

Choosing the correct re-arming set is critical. PLASTIMO offers a variety of sets tailored to the specific model, inflation system, and buoyancy rating of your lifejacket. To identify the correct kit, inspect your lifejacket for its model name and the type of firing mechanism it uses. The two main automatic systems are the water-soluble capsule (like UML Pro-Sensor) and the hydrostatic pressure valve (Hammar), in addition to standard manual-pull systems. The size of the CO2 cylinder, measured in grams (g), is also crucial and corresponds to the lifejacket´s Newton (N) buoyancy rating. This information is typically printed on the old cylinder and inside the lifejacket´s casing. Selecting the matching set ensures your safety device functions correctly, providing the specified buoyancy and inflation speed.
