Riviera BW2 RINA 2º 5´´ compass with binnacle

Navigate the open waters with unparalleled confidence and precision using the RIVIERA BW2 RINA 2º 5´´ Binnacle Compass. A masterpiece of Italian marine engineering, this compass is meticulously crafted for discerning sailors and motorboat operators who refuse to compromise on safety, reliability, and accuracy. As a vital component of your vessel´s navigation system, the BW2 is designed to deliver exceptional performance, ensuring you maintain a true and steady course in all sea conditions. Its prestigious RINA certification serves as a testament to its superior quality, confirming that it meets the rigorous standards required for professional and recreational marine use, providing you with ultimate peace of mind during every voyage.

Experience exceptional clarity and effortless course reading with the large 5-inch apparent card diameter. This generous size, combined with sharp, clear markings, significantly reduces eye strain and allows for quick, at-a-glance heading confirmation from the helm. The conical card is graduated every 2 degrees, offering the fine precision needed for accurate steering and complex navigational plotting. An anti-glare screen further enhances readability by minimizing reflections in bright sunlight, while the integrated, specially designed lighting system ensures the compass rose is perfectly illuminated for safe and effective nighttime navigation. The RIVIERA BW2 is engineered for supreme stability; its internal gimbal system masterfully absorbs the vessel´s pitch and roll, keeping the card level and steady even in challenging, rough waters. This ensures the readings you rely on are always dependable.

The binnacle mount provides a robust and secure housing, protecting the sensitive compass mechanism from the harsh marine environment, including spray, impacts, and UV degradation. This classic mounting style not only offers superior protection but also positions the compass at an optimal height and angle for comfortable viewing, integrating seamlessly into the aesthetic of your cockpit or flybridge. Every detail of the RIVIERA BW2 reflects a commitment to durability and long-term performance, making it a worthy and lasting investment for your boat and equipment.
