SALMO Executor SHR Minnow 14.5g 90mm - A Classic Predator Lure

Experience the timeless effectiveness and masterful design of the SALMO Executor SHR minnow 14.5g 90 mm. This lure is a tribute to the enduring power of classic minnow profiles, engineered to deliver exceptional performance for anglers targeting a wide array of predatory species. As a standout in the Lures category, and a pinnacle of the Minnows subcategory, the Executor is built on a legacy of success, offering a perfect blend of traditional aesthetics and modern angling efficiency.

The Salmo EXECUTOR is a treat for the traditionalist lure angler. The proven shape and flawless tail-side action are two traits that should convince anyone to try the EXECUTOR. The Shallow Runner (SHR) can be fished close to the surface when used with a pulse type retrieve, or trolled at various speeds to cover the first few metres of depth where predators are often waiting to strike. With four different sizes available, this range of lures covers all species, from perch to pike!

Unmatched Action and Versatility

At the heart of the Executor´s appeal is its signature action. On a steady retrieve, it exhibits a vibrant, high-frequency wobble combined with a side-to-side body roll that brilliantly mimics the flash and movement of a fleeing or distressed baitfish. This flawless tail-side action is a powerful visual and vibrational trigger, broadcasting signals through the water that predators find impossible to ignore. Whether you are casting from the bank or trolling from a boat, the Executor SHR performs with unwavering consistency.

Its designation as a Shallow Runner makes it the ultimate tool for dissecting the upper layers of the water column. Employ a twitch-and-pause or a pulse-style retrieve to make the lure dart and suspend erratically just below the surface, perfectly imitating a wounded fish and drawing explosive strikes. For covering larger areas, the Executor SHR is an exceptional trolling lure, maintaining its stability and seductive wobble at various speeds to explore those crucial first few meters of depth where active predators hunt. This 90mm, 14.5g model is a core component of the versatile Executor family, which includes models in the 71-100 mm length range and the 11-19 gr weight class, ensuring there is a perfect Executor for every condition and target species.
