Slam One Design visor

OD Visor was developed to meet the demands of One Design sailing in hot, high-intensity conditions, when protecting the eyes from the sun is essential without necessarily covering the head. It is a technical, lightweight and functional accessory designed for active use on board. The fabric features a water-repellent finish and offers Anti-UV UPF 50+ protection, ensuring effective shielding from solar rays during long hours of exposure. The open structure promotes natural ventilation, making it ideal for the hottest days and for phases of intense effort. An inner quick-dry mesh band is designed to rapidly absorb sweat and maintain constant comfort. The rear adjustment combines a buckle and strap with, on the opposite side, an elastic insert that allows precise adjustment while maintaining slight elasticity, improving stability and comfort during movement. A wind cap-retainer with plastic clip is also included, an essential sailing detail designed to prevent losing the visor in the most dynamic conditions.

Anti-UV:
- A fabric provides UV Protection when it has UPF 30+ or UPF 50+ rating, which means it effectively blocks solar ultraviolet radiation from reaching the skin. The UV protection is obtained thanks to the special construction of thefabric or to a special treatment.
