SPRO Iris The Frog soft lure 120 mm

SPRO Iris The Frog 120 mm - Realistic Soft Lure

Unleash the ultimate predator-triggering action with the SPRO Iris The Frog 120 mm, a masterpiece in the world of soft lures. Designed with unparalleled realism and an action that predatory fish simply cannot resist, this lure is set to become an essential part of your angling arsenal, especially when targeting monster pike, zander, and large perch.

As spring is bound to begin and frogs are about to wake from their winter sleep, it is the ideal time for SPRO to launch their new IRIS The Frog! A realistic imitation of a real frog, made from a soft material. IRIS The Frog has a very seductive action. On a very slow retrieve, the legs of the frog will already start to move. The hook size indicators on the back make rigging very easy, for example in combination with our SPRO Jigheads (6/0 or 8/0). On top of that, this frog imitation is perfect to fish with bigger Gamakatsu Offset or Wormhooks. IRIS The Frog is 12 cm long, weighs 20 grams and is made out of a durable material. The Frogs will be available in proven to catch colours.

Unmatched Lifelike Action and Design

The heart of the Iris The Frog´s success lies in its incredibly seductive action. The two large, unique paddling legs create a mesmerizing kicking motion with the slightest movement. Whether you employ a slow, steady retrieve or a faster, more erratic pace, the legs will churn and displace water, sending out vibrations that call in predators from a distance. Even on the drop, the legs flutter enticingly, triggering strikes from fish that are following the lure. The body´s profile perfectly mimics a swimming frog, while the signature oversized SPRO Iris eyes serve as a distinct target point, ensuring aggressive and accurate strikes.

Versatile Rigging for Any Condition

SPRO has engineered this soft lure for maximum versatility. The convenient hook size indicators printed on the back of the lure remove all guesswork, allowing for perfect alignment and presentation every time. For open water scenarios or when you need to get down deep, rig the Iris The Frog on a SPRO Jighead in size 6/0 or 8/0 for a stable, swimming presentation. When faced with heavy cover, lily pads, or dense vegetation, its design truly shines. Rig it weedless on a large Gamakatsu Offset or Wormhook to confidently navigate through snags, placing this irresistible meal right in the strike zone of ambush predators. The durable yet supple material not only provides the fantastic leg action but also withstands vicious attacks from toothy critters, ensuring your lure lasts fish after fish.
