TESSILMARE PVC Gutter 4 m | Flexible Relinga Conduit for Awning and Canopy Mounting

Achieve a flawless, professional, and incredibly versatile installation for your canopies and awnings with the TESSILMARE PVC Gutter. This 4-meter relinga conduit is the ultimate solution for securely fastening fabric covers to challenging surfaces like roll-bars, windscreens, and T-tops. Engineered by the marine experts at TESSILMARE, this white semi-rigid PVC relinga channel is designed to provide a durable, weather-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing mounting track for any project demanding a perfect fit on curved structures. Move beyond rigid, unforgiving mounting systems and embrace the future of flexible installation.

The primary benefit of this PVC channel is its extraordinary flexibility. Designed to be flexible in all three axes, it follows curves perfectly, even those with very small radii, without any risk of deforming, kinking, or breaking. This allows you to create a continuous, seamless track on boat arches, vehicle roll cages, or custom electronic enclosures where a clean, flowing line is essential. The result is a factory-quality finish that not only looks superb but also enhances the functionality of your canopy by ensuring a taut, secure fit that minimizes flapping in the wind and provides superior protection from the elements. The clean white finish integrates beautifully with most boat and vehicle aesthetics, providing a subtle yet sophisticated mounting point.

Application & Installation Guide

Installing the TESSILMARE PVC Gutter is a straightforward process designed for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. The ingenuity of the system lies in its hidden fastening design.

1. Preparation: Measure the length required for your application and easily cut the 4-meter bar to the precise size using a standard fine-toothed saw or PVC cutter.
2. Shaping: Present the channel to the mounting surface . Its 3-axis flexibility allows you to effortlessly bend and shape it to follow every contour and curve. It will hold its shape as you prepare for fastening.
3. Fastening: The channel is fixed with screws placed inside the main groove. The groove is designed to accommodate screws up to a diameter of 9 mm. Simply drill pilot holes through the base of the channel into your mounting surface and secure it with appropriate screws. This concealed hardware method ensures there are no visible screws on the exterior, resulting in an exceptionally clean and professional look.
4. Awning Attachment: Once the channel is securely mounted, the keder or bolt rope on the edge of your canopy or awning simply slides into the conduit, creating a strong, continuous, and weather-tight connection that is easy to install and remove as needed.
