Satin sheen anodized aluminum frame. “Dark smoke” coloured acrylic. Lid can be held open at any angle up to 90°. These hatches have a satin sheen anodized aluminum frame with a 75 mm corner radius and a 10 mm ‘dark smoke’ coloured acrylic lid. A friction hinge allows the hatches to remain open at any angle up to 180°. Type PLANUS is suitable for design category A, Area II. The first image is one version of our PLANUS hatches. Rubber replacement

I have this Vetus hatch planus hatch Ref. PLA 40L 374×374 and I need to change the rubber on the edge. On your page I get two rubber bands and I don´t know which one to ask for. Vetus rubber profile PZ/PM/PX/PW. Ref. PR46333 for €5.99 and Vetus sealing gasket PR46372 for €7.49. In the photo they look the same to me, but they won´t be. I await your answers.

Hi, I fitted two of these to older yachts and they are great. Easy fit and simple to use. I think you need the PR46372 profile rubber: https://www.tradeinn.com/waveinn/es/vetus-junta-sellado-pr46372/140051722/p the other one you mention is used for the smaller portholes, portlights. You will need a glue to affix the gasket too, Ergo 5880 is recommended. Hope this helps you out.

Overhanging height of the roof

Hello, I would like to install this deck panel on the roof of my campervan. I am looking to know the exact height that will protrude from my roof with this panel. I would like to find the thinnest panel possible so this is crucial in my final choice

No, it´s separate. It also does not include the inner frame

Hi, No the hatch is just the hatch, the net is extra. It´s an excellent hatch, solid and dry. Just remember to remove the protective covering as soon as fitted otherwise it tends to stick on hard and doesn´t come off easy at all.
