Its innovative dual-ring configuration also makes it the ideal choice for setting up staysails, barber-haulers, boom vangs, or other critical control lines, offering multiple connection options from a single, secure base. The two independent Rings provide excellent articulation, reducing friction and chafe on your lines and ensuring smooth operation under load.

Engineered for Maximum Safety and Strength

Sail with complete confidence knowing your hardware is built to withstand extreme conditions. This fitting boasts an impressive operational working load of 4.56 tons and a rupture (breaking load) of 9 tons. This outstanding strength-to-weight ratio is the result of Wichard´s world-renowned forging process, which creates a single, flawless piece of hardware with superior mechanical properties. This ensures maximum reliability when you need it most, whether you´re navigating heavy seas or pushing for performance in a regatta.

Innovative Design for a Clear, Safe Deck

Maintain a clear and safe deck with the innovative low-profile design. A key feature is that it folds flat when not being used. The double rings pivot smoothly and lock down into a recessed base, creating a completely flat surface that minimizes snagging lines and eliminates dangerous tripping hazards for the crew. This thoughtful feature not only enhances safety but also preserves the clean, uncluttered aesthetic of your boat´s deck, combining functionality with sleek design. The base has four fixation points, creating a wide, stable footprint that distributes the load optimally across the deck structure for a powerful and enduring connection.

Key Features:

* Dual Articulated Rings: Equipped with two independent rings for attaching multiple lines or blocks, providing superior articulation and load management.
* Flush-Folding Mechanism: The rings fold down into the base to create a completely flat, non-obstructive surface when not in use.
* Multi-Application Use: Perfectly suited for creating attachment points for a releasable forestay, jib tack, staysail, and various control lines.
* Secure Four-Point Mounting: A robust base plate designed with four fixation points ensures maximum stability and load distribution.
