You can use 105 FC-R 7000 power meter crank, no difference! I am using it on my GRX crankset.

It's just the colour I have the power metre on the 105 7100 and works perfectly fine just cosmetically not the gloss black look. If you can get over the cosmetic look no one can really tell out on the road.

Is this product compatible with shimano ultegra 6800?

It's compatible with any crankset, if you don't mind, how it will look. I installed it on tiagra, so ot looks different, but I don't care. The only thing to consider is the space between your chainstays and this crank arm. The powermeter makes an arm wider in the middle

Yes- you can have a a 105 crank one side and an ultegra crank the other. They’re virtually indistinguishable. I have this set up. Make sure you have the correct crank length though.
