I bought this lock because it has some of the best reviews in the industry. It seems to work well, however, it's not completely impenetrable. I bought another from MotoInn just a couple months ago and it was cut off my bike by the facilities people at the university where I work in their "bike sweep." I don't know what they used, but obviously it was something power, like a hydraulic cutter. Also, my wife's bike was stolen last year from right outside her building in the middle of the day, using an older U-lock, so that's why I got what seems like one of the best locks possible.
