Hello. There is no connection between the two cups, the wave washer, when ultra-torque, goes in the left cup between the bearing and the cup. Shimanos have a plastic cylinder.

I need to know if the measurement is 86.5×41 and if they have a plastic bushing between the cups, to mount the hydraulic hoses. Thank you

The diameter of the cups is 41mm but they don´t come with the plastic sleeve. The plastic sleeve comes with the rear disc brake but it can be brought separately. 86.5mm is a frame measurement and is length of bottom bracket so it´s the distance between the cups when they are pressed into the frame
