Nano Flex Pro Race is a men´s shorts for road cycling. Its design is ¾ just above the knee.

The Castelli men´s shorts stands out for providing you with the necessary warmth in low temperature conditions so that you can train comfortably. The inclusion of Thermoflex fabric allows the sports garment to adapt to different weather conditions.

For added comfort, the road cycling clothing has minimal seams to avoid friction and discomfort. One of the characteristics that you will find in the bibs is that they do not add warmth. In the crotch, you will find that the Progetto X2 Air seat cushion allows you to stay comfortable pedaling your bike.

You could call this a convergence product. A few years back we pioneered the first Omloop thermal short, inspired by pro riders cutting off their knee warmers to just the bend of the knee at the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad on a brisk sunny morning. We set about making a bibshort cut right to the bend of the knee and realized that we could make it without a gripper elastic and that the extra 10 centimeters of fabric add a lot of warmth. Those first Omloop shorts were made for cool, dry conditions, like the race that inspired them, using our Thermoflex fabric.

Fast-forward to 2020 and the new third generation of our Nano Flex fabric is as soft, stretchy, breathable and warm as our Thermoflex fabric, so now we can make this short ideal for cool and dry conditions, but it´s also excellent on wet days.

It´s still a pro tool: this short is identical to the model supplied to Team Ineos.

Waterproof top class short bibs: Sportful Fiandre No Rain and Castelli Nano Flex are same product: same materials, same sizing. For both the pad is very comfortable. Both are waterproof and recommended up to 18-20 degrees Celsius. Same Mary with another hats.

Very pleased with these bibshorts. Not completely waterproof but warm and comfortable even in really heavy rain, with nano flex leg warmers a really good setup. I will be buying more.
