Competition VRS pads are specifically engineered for competition riding: with an advanced pad compound comprising of, Kevlar® for high frictional properties, high ceramic content for improved wet weather performance and a increased copper content for superior low speed braking characteristics. Shimano deore 6100 compatibility

According to the Shimano website, the Deore BR M6100 brakes mount the G05S-RX resin pads and are compatible with the G01S resin pads that mount my SLX BR M675 brakes. Therefore, if these CLARKS organic pads work well on my brakes, I understand that they are compatible with yours. Just check that the spring is similar so that the feel is the same (you could keep the old spring anyway). Supposedly on the website that I indicated, the G05S RX pads are better in the following: Lining material: Resin (5th generation). Less noise and better modulation. New improved resin friction material. 50% better wear resistance than G03S. 110% better wear resistance than G02S. Therefore, the price difference would have to be assessed.
