This product is misdescribed. It is the ‘soft’ version. Look at the picture of the cardboard box it comes and examine the legends on the side of the box. Compare it to the explanation of the symbols on the Continental website. it is in fact the soft version. I bought this very one on this basis and it was indeed the soft one.
