In this one, the shoe does not hit the pedal axle as it happened with the previous model. A wide platform is perfect for a 44 foot. The new generation of stamp 1 has nothing to envy in functionality compared to stamp 7, obviously the composite is not as nice to look at as the metal alloy but if you are careful about the quality/price ratio with these you go for sure. The crank large size is available from size 43 onwards. I have these with their size 44.5 flat shoes, they are actually very wide but you get used to it. Personally, under shoe size 44 I would choose size S.
