It had an Elite Qubo roller that I couldn't use with a new bike with disc brake and thru-axle. It is a quality axis and good finishes. The packaging is correct and comes with assembly instructions to differentiate between the different options. For 12mm thru-axle works perfect. Adapters protect the frame and tightening is done safely. Recommendable. The axle and adapters should be lubricated.

I give the product 4 stars, I have a Canyon road bike with thru axle and this allows me to use it on a decathlon turbo trainer. The bike feels secure and is very easy and quick to set up via this method. The product that came in the box was unwrapped and has wear marks all over on the metal ends and the plastic adapter bits were heavily scuffed. Doesn’t affect use but I thought I was paying for a new boxed item. I would probably hesitate to buy online from bike inn again and try to use a shop if possible. In my own country I always use wiggle which I trust.

I have purchased an ELITE NOVO FORCE roller and the adapter that it comes with for the wheel arch does not fit through the hole that my SPECIALIZED DIVERGE SPORT CARBON bike has. What accessory would I need to be able to use it and how should I install it? If the roller were not suitable for my bike, I would change it.

This axle is used for older wheels that use a traditional thru axle (the thin one) and if you add the black couplings on each side it can also be used for modern wheels with disc brakes that have a boost axle. Now, the Elite Novo Force roller only accepts older quick release axles, it is narrow for boost axles, that is to say the boost axle is wider than the spacing of the roller and therefore you cannot fit it, I know this because I have the same roller and I bought this axle and it does not work for me. In short, if your bike has a boost axle, which are the ones that usually go with wheels with disc brakes, this axle will not work for the Elite Novo Force roller, either you change the rear wheel to an older one or you change the roller.
