Microtex Upper:
- The Microtex upper is supple, yet strong and stable, for a comfortable and consistent fit. Combined with fizik’s most advanced adjustment capabilities, this shoe delivers the precise, locked-in feel that racers demand.

- SUPPORT AND COMFORT:
A dedicated piece of the shoe´s upper wraps around the plantar arch and can be precisely adjusted for a perfect fit and improved support of the plantar fascia using the latest Li2 BOA® Platform. The volume of the forefoot area can be controlled via the Infinito, a signature fit-configuration feature. The Infinito balances tension and further eliminates pressure hot spots by using BOA® textile lace guides. This fit system acts across a larger area of the shoe’s upper, pulling the eyelets inwards consistently from all directions for a more supportive and comfortable fit.

Volume Control System:
- The Volume Control system allows for differentiated fit adjustments for the instep and forefoot areas–the shape and volume of which can vary widely between riders. Featuring the latest Li2 BOA® Fit System platform with a smaller dial diameter and lower, more aerodynamic profile, cyclists can fine tune the fit to their unique foot shape, ensuring maximum performance without compromising on comfort.

R2 Carbon Outsole:
- The updated Infinito also features an entirely new outsole with an engineered carbon fibre layup that saves weight and delivers increased stiffness. With a stiffness index rating of 10, this outsole is the stiffest in the fizik range. A wide vent inlet and deep internal channelling provide a cooling airflow, aiding in temperature regulation. The cleat positioning is set slightly further back compared to traditional settings to optimize pedalling efficiency and reduce knee compression, especially well-suited to very aggressive, forward aero positions.

The forged carbon soles are incredibly stiff and have well placed vent holes to pull heat and water out of the shoe while riding. The shoe is narrower than Fiziks usual line up, but the boas make it easy to dial in the pressure over your foot. The top strap running across the centre line of your foot makes the shoe extremely comfortable as it stops any possibility of the boa cable digging into your foot on longer rides or when the shoes are tight for sprints

I have 3 Fizik shoes, all 3 fit the same, there are no differences between the models, and they are the same size as Shimano and DMT, for example, in running tires I am 8.5 which is 42 European and in Fizik I am 41.5, almost the same. If you search on the web, apart from the Fizik number, it has the size in cm and so you measure your bare foot, I advise you to go to a physical store and try on a similar Fizik shoe, so you will be more sure.

Fizik size are quite tricky, typically I use 10-1/2 US / 44 EU for most of the brands, For Fizik I use 9-3/4 US / 43 EU, btw the best shoes so far. Hope this helps.

Hello. For your information, my wife is 24 cm tall. We took 37.5. In the end, we had to return the pair of shoes to take the size above 38 which corresponds from memory to 24.3. Here you go, if that can help you.
