Not much to say. Original replacements. I wish it was either less expensive or more durable. These pieces are way too fragile and exposed to crashes. I would love to see a more minimalistic, and metal version, similar to Scott's Twin-lock. But for what it is, its good.

Yes, this control will work with your suspension. This control comes equipped with two cables for FS bicycles (820-07-150-KIT), just remove one cable and mount it on your suspension. This is the correct part number for your suspension, 820-07-151-KIT, single pull But you can go with the one that works anyway.
