An 86.5mm wide PF30 BB designed for our BB386 EVO crank sets:
All for One, One for All: FSA’s latest evolution in bottom brackets spans press-fit and threaded standards. With the proper BB and/or adapter, this crank will work with almost any BB shell standard. 386EVO’s symmetric BB shell has the same overall width of a BSA BB including the cups. This allows the ultimate optimization for stiffness of the frame-shell-crankset assembly.
The longer 30mm spindle and a wide variety of optional spacers and bottom brackets provide unmatched adaptability for nearly all bicycle frames.

Hello I’m just wondering if is the item that you show on the description picture is the same that you show on the 360° vision. Also does the item fits 86,5 , 30( spindle ) 41 ( frame diam ) Many thanks Massi

Hi, yes, it does fit a 41mm frame with a 30mm crank spindle with a shell width of 86.5mm. I suggest adding some fresh grease to the bearing seals to prevent water ingress while installing and regularly servicing this kind of BB, since it uses thin bearings.

The description picture is wrong. I bought this item and it is like the 360 vision. It is indeed for 30mm cransket axle on 41mm frame diameter. (I bought it to fit a bb386 fsa cransket on my BMC Teammachine)

MR-159 instead of 158 if I remember correctly, suitable for FSA cranks of that size.

Can it be used with road frame too? I have bb86 frame and evo386 crankset.

I have installed it successfully on my cyclocross: Giant TCX 2 with evo386 crankset. It should work for a road bike as well.

If you have BB386evo cranks, they are exclusive for frames with a 46 case. Although you can use it, the steering wheel will be a little tight and the engine will not last long.

Hi, I have a 41mm shell width and trying to fit a 30mm crankset so need the spindle at 30mm and the fitment at 41mm. Is this for 41mm fits or 46mm?
