Disassembling the DIRECT MOUNT chainring on FSA COMET cranks

Good morning. I wanted to know if this tool is compatible with removing the direct-mount chainring on my FSA Comet cranks. I´m asking because I see it´s for a 30mm axle, and my axle is 24mm. Also, my lockwasher has 4 notches, and I believe the tool has 8. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, yes, it will work. But since it´s larger than the shaft diameter, you´ll have to come up with a homemade system to tighten it with the necessary force. For example, I used a threaded flange to hold the extractor in place. Even though it has 8 teeth, it fits, but it wiggles a bit.
