It sounds like you have the same wheelset as me and this freehub was the correct item. The axle has another identifying feature of having ,3 lobes on the axle near the hub shell making a triangle when viewed from the end.

I have a Fulcrum Rapid Red 500 from ~2018-2021. I wish to install a Sram PG-1170 (11-36) 11spd cassette. Is this the right freehub body? I believe from the Fulcrum compatibility table I need a Comm. code: RO-113 or Indust code: RF1137176

As far as I understand, "RO-113=HG 11v Racing Light 2015!!" and "HG 11v Racing Light 2014!!=RS-113" have the same shape, but the material of the housing is different. The former is made of lightweight aluminum alloy, while the latter is made of steel, and although it is heavier than the former, there is no need to worry about the sprocket biting into it. The current Fulcrum manual does not list the RS-113, and I do not know if there is some inconvenience or if production is simply being discontinued.

I have an older model of the Fulcrum Racing 3 wheelset (freehub body for shimano cassette) and I'm interested in upgrading to 11sp. Is this possible or can I replace the freehub?

I don't have a 15C generation "Racing3" on hand, so I will answer for the 17C generation. If you have a 10S spacer* in your current freehub body, you should be able to convert it to 11S by removing that*. If the body is specifically for 10S, I think it should be possible to convert it to 11S by replacing it with "HG 11v Racing Light 2014". To be sure, measure the outer diameter (1) of the ratchet part of the current body and the inner diameter (2) of the internal bearing. "HG 11v Racing Light 2014" is (1: 30mm, 2: 17mm), incompatible ones are thicker than 1:30mm or thinner than 2:17mm.
