Hej! Unfortunately these rear wheels are not possible to reconfigure to smaller width. So 142 is the only width possible. Kind of big mistake from Fulcrum side since the previous model was rebuildable to 135mm.

The front wheel is compatible using a 12x100 to 9x100 adapter axle. However, this adaptation is not possible on the rear wheel, as the Racing 4 axle is 142mm longer than the 130mm of its wheel, its frame does not have enough clearance and the transmission will not work correctly.

O roda da frente é compatível usando um eixo adaptador de 12x100 para 9x100. Entretanto na roda traseira não é possível fazer esta adaptação, o eixo da Racing 4 tem o comprimento de 142mm maior que os 130 de sua roda, seu quadro não tem abertura suficiente e a transmissão não funcionará corretamente.

I mounted the wheel and didn´t need to add anything else... I´ve already driven 10,000km with it and it´s still perfect!

No ;( The width of 100mm is ok but because the thru hole in the shaft is 12mm no adapter will fit. You need to search for a wheel with 15mm true hole shaft.

Should be fine. I'm running 28mm and they work fine but on a (different set) of 19mm internal width I run a 40mm without issue. Looked this up a bit and recommendation is to not go larger than 48mm for this width internal rim.

I use a 32mm tires on this wheelset for my road bike with no issues. That said, please do your own due diligence on any possible impacts of tire width for your specific use case.

I fitted a 30" tire from the Continental brand and I have no problems to report in the 5,000 km driven.

Although I didn't assemble the wheels, the mech reinstalled my Shimano Ultegra discs on the hub. So yes, the braking system on this wheel is center lock

Yes, it uses a disc center system with external notches, not internal notches. You´ll need a Bottom Bracket tool to install, not a cassette removal tool. Hope this helps!

These wheels are compatible with both a 11-speed mechanical Shimano 105 and a 12-speed electronic one. What you should note at the time of purchase is the "compatibility with Shimano HG" selection, which is the type of freehub that the Shimano 105 group is configured with.
