The mount has one Garmin adapter on top (standard) and a similar second adapter on the bottom, similar to the top (mounting principle), but the adapter diameter is smaller. This is a quarter-turn mount on the bottom.

Hi. The model in the photo is GARMIN 010-13152-00, but the description only says this mount is for Garmin Explore. It is basically compatible with ALL the EDGE models, also the Edge 1030/1040. The universal Varia is the same but includes a support and 2 wedges.
