Like the title says its a good option to use your Garmin watch like an GPS, but combined with a strap chest, because you gonna loose the pulse. But, only 4 stars, because the Garmin should include an strap for back up, when you can unclip by mistake the mount - and its happens a lot. So, i recommend to attach a little strap to your watch telescopes and tied it by your handlebars.
