What I was looking for to help the little one learn to ride a bike. Well packed and shipped on time. The bad thing is that the support rotates on the seat post, it would be appreciated if it came with rubber underneath or similar

Hello for the assembly is it necessary to remove the saddle from the bicycle or C is a clips

No need to remove the saddle. The clamp comes in two parts and they bolt together. It is recommended to wrap the stem with some rubber to prevent it from turning.
