the total length is greater than the fork anchor, the axle is long enough to rest in the fork legs. The cones have an outside diameter of 15 mm, but the outside can be ground down if you want to go down to 14 mm.

la longueur totale est supérieure à l'ancrage de la fourche , l'axe est assez long pour prendre appui dans les pattes de la fourche . Les cônes font 15 mm de diamètre extérieur , mais on peut meuler l'extérieur si on veut descendre à 14 mm.

100 mm corresponds to the useful length (internal width of the fork). The axle is therefore a little longer.

100 mm correspond à la longueur utile (largeur interne de la fourche). L'axe est donc un peu plus long.

I bought one for a front hub and it was great. The nominal measurement that it indicated when buying it (9x100mm, standard measurement of a lifetime) was correct.
