This is the rack mount version. The picture, somewhat confusingly, shows the light attached to the mount as a single united unit. The light can be easily separated from the mount by sliding it away from the magnetic clip that links it to the mount.

1) Yes, this is the variant for the luggage rack. A variant for the saddle can be found under a separate item number. The lamp itself is the same, but not the holder. 2) Mounting accessories are included. It consists of the base bracket and two screws (both shown in the photo) as well as an adapter for other hole spacings and additional screws (not shown). The screws are then screwed from the inside through the luggage rack into the base holder, onto which the lamp is then pushed (it then holds securely in place with a magnet).
