Perfect for night travel. It's the minimum to see and be seen. The viewing angle is very good and the beam illuminates well in front even at over 30 km/h, you can see far enough to anticipate your driving. The lamp does not rotate on the handlebars, and is well fixed. The quality is there, so the weight can be high for some users or uses, but for cycling to work on the road, it is perfect. In terms of autonomy, I travel 25 km per day, or less than an hour, and the lamp lasts about three hours at full power. The charging time is long, 6 hours with a 67 watt charger. It has several lighting modes, but I mainly use the highest brightness. Be careful not to dazzle other road users coming the other way. In short, it's a very good investment (night walking, DIY, etc.) not to be overlooked, and I'm thinking of spending a few euros on the rear light from the same brand. The light is bright, the raster is wide. Pleasant yellowish light. There is no way to select ,and fix the desired lighting modes yourself. Only factory preset. There is a pronounced darkened area on the right side of the illuminated surface. The flashlight is heavy. The rubber strap mount for it is weak, which is why the flashlight turns and shines downwards while riding on a metal handlebar. This is not what was expected from a flashlight of this price.

I have used my new light three times now but the bracket has broken/ snapped while putting it on for another ride, so I can no longer fit it to the handlebars. What are my options please?

The same thing happened to me within minutes of owning the light, poor mounting design for such a robust light. I ended up purchasing a Lezyne Flexi mount that attaches to the stem of your bike. Very clean look. And decreases clutter on your handle bars.

The strap assembly is removable via a m4 screw accessible by partially dismantling the attachment strap. (It comes to bits.) Although I have not asked specifically, logic suggests that a removable strap is a replaceable strap. Worth contacting Lezyne to find out whether they are prepared to see you right as a matter of courtesy.
