Good morning, Do the cleats come with the metal plates and screws? The photo shows two screws in each hole. Do they have two screws per hole or one screw? Thank you.

Cleats have three spaces (eyelets) with a screw and a plate/washer for each. This shape of the eyelet allows for adjustable cleat placement by screwing them into the holes in the shoes.
