Highly recommended to carry a MagicShine Light and the Mobile in a single support. The handlebar is very clear and both the Light and the Mobile are in the center of the handlebar. To install the Mobile I recommend buying a rigid case to glue the piece and be able to place it on the support by turning it a quarter of a turn.

Yes, it´s compatible with 31.8 handlebars especially if it is completely round and not oval. Mine is oval, but it fits perfect after a black tape tuning just in case.
