MIPS BRAIN PROTECTION SYSTEM:
- MIPS is a brain protection system — engineered to add 10% extra safety to the standard construction of helmets in case of certain impacts.

NACA VENT:
- Originally developed by NACA, a precursor to NASA,the position of this inlet at the front of the helmet has a cooling effect.

- This ensures constant airflow through the helmet, without catching the wind and creating drag.

REAR DEFLECTORS:

- The MET Trenta 3K Carbon features a flat rear deflector inclined at 25°, which makes it possible to include two wide exhausts that optimise airflow when you’re on the drops and riding hard.

I have the MET Rivale (size S) in black and the MET Trenta 3K is significantly better than the Rivale. It feels very light on the head and way better ventilated. I bought the Trenta in size S but it was very small and returned it. I have 56cm head circumference and size M fits quite nice. I have really oval and narrow head.

High quality helmet, very light weight, comes with a very nice transport bag and the only drawback of the helmet is that the foam inserts with the fiber are not well finished (there are remains of poorly finished foam material) taking into account that it is a premium helmet with a very high price, it is a matter to be polished by MET since it gives the impression of sloppiness in the final product. For the rest, everything is excellent: material, design, weight, comfort.

Helmets are a personal choice, and the Trenta 3K fits my head perfectly. I’m especially surprised at what a small profile it has. Usually helmets have a mushroom profile but this one is nice a compact. I also want to give a shout out to BikeInn for shipping this out to the US so quickly!
