Having an old 5-bolt SRAM Red crankset with a 110 mm bolt circle (so-called compact), I couldn't believe they were selling this type of chainring with a tooth count of up to 56 teeth (I got the 54 tooth, while I usually use the 52 and for a while the 53 oval). Having then modified the components of my 2013 racing bike (installing the 11-speed derailleur), especially by lowering the front end and with other expedients that have objectively made the bike more aerodynamic, I had long ago decided to increase the front chainring tooth count, also due to the greater "range" of gearing options with the 11-speed 11-30 sprockets! I'm happy with the choice. The chainring in question, with 54 teeth, is also aesthetically very nice (even if a little heavier than the one I had), it is "large" and demanding and in any case the chain now, at the same rpm and speed, is more aligned and, when going downhill, it is difficult to overrev (on the slight flat you can't push the 11/54, such is the metric ratio it develops with the smallest sprocket and that was what I was looking for!).

Will this chainring fit sram red etap crank arm with the hidden bolt

It fits perfectly, I have it set up like this. You just have to check that your cranks are 110 BCD and that the small bolt that prevents the chain from getting between the chainring and the crank in case it comes off is positioned correctly, if not, just move it. You do need to have the special chainring bolt for that position, though.

I am intrested in the Miche Crono 5B 110 BCD Kettingblad 54t. But i cant find what or which inner chainring i should use with the cronos outer chainring. What number of teeth should the inner chainring have and what type/brand should i pair it with for the best shifting?

The inner plate must be at least 39t, and may be from another brand (it must always be 110BCD). I use a Rotor 39T and it works perfectly. I would say that the ideal is a 42T. It is very important that the derailleur is well adjusted because the exchange between the chains is great.
